Engagement Shoot
Engagement shoots or pre-wedding shoots are a great way to celebrate your upcoming wedding and get comfortable in front of the camera. Our couples often use their photos on their invitations or wedding website.
Polaroids
We LOVE film photography and our cheeky wee Polaroid camera is perfect for capturing some highlights throughout the day and take home with you that evening, or for your guests to create a Polaroid guest book for you to giggle over later.
Albums & Prints
We provide a range of album and print options that fit a variety of budgets. There's nothing quite like seeing your photographs in print, being able to touch them and hold them, display them on your wall, lay on the coffee table to show friends.
Second Shooter
A second shooter for photography or videography is a great way to get another perspective on your day. It means we can cover both bridal prep and groom prep, and will also result in more natural candid moments being captured. An extra pair of eyes on your day is always good!
FAQ
How do you photograph/video weddings?
One of our top priorities is to be discreet and respectful on your wedding day. You won't see us using flash during your ceremony or getting right in your faces. We allow time for things to just happen and unfold before our eyes. We'll make you feel comfortable in front of the camera - yes, we really will - and we'll have some fun along the way. It's your wedding day! You should most certainly enjoy every second of it!
We'll also help to direct you during your couple shoot if you don't know what to do, or if there are any particular photos you would like taken. This is where LJ's training in fashion photography and Luke's storytelling background in video journalism really come into play!
What does Full Day include?
All our packages include coverage for the entire day, capturing preparation before the ceremony up to the first dance. This means we turn up 1.5 hours before the ceremony to capture bridal/groom prep, which is usually around 10am. We stay about 30mins after the first dance to get some shots/footage of your guests having a good time on the dance floor before we wrap up. This is usually no later than 8.30/9pm. If you would like us to turn up earlier or stay later than normal please let us know at the time of booking.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We're currently based in Newport in South Wales (between Cardiff and Bristol) but we love to travel and have been all across the UK as well as to multiple locations in Northern Ireland, Austria & Paris for work.
When will we get our photos/video?
It often depends on which of our packages you decide on but we quote 8-12 weeks for photos and video, and 6-8 weeks for just photos. Depending on the season you may receive them sooner than this.
How many photos will we receive?
For full day photography you'll receive approximately 400-500 photos, but this may vary depending on the structure of your day and your individual itinerary.
